Our prime location on the South Cliff places us opposite the delightful Italian and Rose Gardens and above the Scarborough Spa. We are centrally located, close to local amenities, and within walking distance of the town centre, making us an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. The beach is just a five-minute walk away with the train and bus stations just a 15-minute stroll from our doorstep.
Our accommodation is set across 3 floors and we do not have a lift. As you browse through all our rooms and picture gallery, the photographs shown are examples. If you require a low floor or specific type of room not shown please add the information to your booking under special requests.
